Our daughter got her bridal dress from here. They gave her very good service, but watch out for the seamstress. I took my dress there for alterations (mother of the bride) and they ruined it. After charging me $80.00 for alterations that made the dress look like it had been worn 6 times they would do nothing to correct it. I had to go to another bridal shop, and thank goodness found someone whom knew what they were doing. They fixed the dress back to new but could not believe the job that had been done on the dress. Thread to Sew would not admit to any mistake nor would they try to cooperate to correct the dress. This is not the first I have heard of this, they try to make it out to be the consumers problem. If you need alterations BEWARE.
Pros: Ok service when you are shopping for a dress
Cons: If there is a problem they make it out to be the consumers problem.
