I moved down to south florida and had to see a dentist. the location seemed convenient, however, getting my insurance through to them was awful. i called at least 5 times and got told different stuff each time. after 2 months of bull s*** i finally got cleared and made an appointment. The dentist(lady with dark hair) was nice but i seemed like another number. i had to make another appointment to get my wisdom teeth pulled. i was told it was going to be all 4. right before the surgery the workers were talking about the night before, etc. the surgery seemed fine, until a MONTH later my right side of my tongue was STILL numb. I went back 3 months after the surgery and told them, and they said it could take up to 6 months for feeling to come back. A YEAR LATER I AM WRITING THIS REVIEW AND MY TONGUE IS STILL NUMB from the surgery with a damaged nerve. Gion Carlo Bland was the oral surgeon. He was nice, but it doesnt change that half my tongue doesnt have an feeling and wont for the rest of my life. On top of that, they charged me for four teeth..and only three were pulled. I could feel in my mouth that there was only 3 teeth pulled so after i brought it to their attention they say oh yeah, we have a credit for you. Needless to say, i got it as a check because i will NEVER USE THEIR SERVICES AGAIN. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. RUN AWAY FROM THEM AND FIND ANOTHER DENTIST!!!! if you choose this place, be careful, look at your bill and have them explain everything in detail bc they scam anything they can!!!
