Lovato's school of brazilian jiu-jitsu is the best combination of an awesome workout and well developed tequnique. This is no-joke the best dojo in the area for anyone 14-45 whose looking for a quality dojo.With a good scheadule, and the tournament tested champion instructors, the only part of this dojo you may not like is the price. With the most expensive dojo in the area and yearly contracts, some might stray away from this dojo, but hey you get what you pay for.
Pros: awesome workout, great training, great instructors
