Based on these other reviews it would appear that service has only recently declined. This place charges top dollar and delivers subpar. I found several local detail services priced in the $120-$150 range but I chose to go with Arlington Auto Detail's price of $225 b/c the service person promised a higher level of service - including the coveted and time consuming ""Clay Bar Cleaning Process"" of the exterior before waxing. The Clay Bar process was clearly not performed on my vehicle - I've done this process myself in the past and am very familiar with the results. (I chose to pay for the service this time b/c I am short on time these days and as I mentioned it is time comsuming.) If you want something done right I guess you really do have to do it yourself. Very dissappointing when you've paid top dollar. Even the windows showed had some streaking left behind - would not go back here again.
