Review content:
I was excited to go to the Wild Onion despite its negative reviews on this site; I had heard it was a good place. We visited on a Monday night and it was not busy. Every drink we ordered came promptly, but the food took over 40 min. Our waitress let us know that the reason was because they were looking for Bleu Cheese for my salad but couldn't find any and we were offered $1 off because of the missing Bleu Cheese. (no comp for the wait) The table next to us waited only half the time but the manager came over to them and offered a free dessert. Our waitress even forgot to deduct the measly $1 from our bill. This place has potential to be a great restaurant with its large beer selection, trivia, and decor, but it simply isn't. I'd rather spend my money elsewhere.
