Service could be fine-tuned here. Last time I was there, the young blonde girl behind the counter just stared at me and didn't offer a ""how may I help you"" or ... This, thankfully, is the only negative thing i can say about Cossetta's even though it happens often. All of the food is EXCEPTIONAL. I prefer the pizza and dinner plate. Also, like how diners can take home frozen versions of the original. This is great cafeteria style dining. Open a second location, dt. mpls., where the crowds are.

Cons: SERVICE, location, can be crowded
