If you want your taxes done don't go to Odell Moon's office. His office staff seems nice, but is incompetent and not empowered to do anything at all, but forward messages that never get answered. Odell Moon supposedly did our 2005 taxes and we were told we were getting a refund so timing didin't matter. We made many many calls to him to complete the paperwork so our taxes could be filed and his office staff would never let us talk to him. The calls were never returned. He had all our papework and after a year of calling, all we wanted was the paperwork back so we could do our taxes ourselves and not get penalized. Two and half years later and multiple calls to Moon's office our taxes are still not filed. Remember when you received a stimulous check last year? Well our $1500 was applied to the 2005 taxes that were never filed by Moon's offiice. That's right all penalties and interest on what he told us would be a refund. We are still trying to obtain the paperwork and I have now filed a complaint with the California Board of Certified Public Accounts. I highly recommend that you use someone else to do your taxes.
