I have been going to this vet for 10 years. they have done sugery on 3 of my animals, sucessfully. I loved the. I took in a stray cat who has a hernia and need to have surgery after charging me $246.00 to tell me he needs surgery they give me a quote of $496-550.00. I ask they if they can give me a payment plan which included the $246 for the visit plus $200 more right then ( total of $446paid the day of the visit) which is a Tues. I would give them another $200 on Friday ( 3 days later) and the balance paid in a week and they said NO..... My cat could/will die without this surgery. I can not believe that I have been going there for over 10 years and have never not paid my bills they could/would not do this. I learned sadly today that they do not care about the animal they only care about the money. I now need to find a new vet who will put the animal first.......
