Best Buys are great but Orange is horrible... Their people are savvy like most Best Buys but other than that it terrible... they don't take care of the customer right. As I sit here at my computer I am trying for the 6th time to get someone to answer the phone... it rings until it disconnects. They used to let you pick the department you wanted to talk to which was a little bit better. But sometimes no answer and sometimes a hang up. I love best buy... I've been to others. It is the policies and terrible customer care that makes Orange so awful. Don't hate best buy just because of these losers. PS the Geek Squad is awesome other places too, just sometime cruelly under manned. Drives me nuts when great workers are stuck making people wait so long because they need to give quality care and keep everything moving and have no help. Hope it helps.
