The office is set up in an HMO sort of way so there's very little hand holding and it's definitely an efficient process. Though you do not meet the Lasik Dr. until you're in the operating room the staff is very knowledgeable and you do meet with an optometrist before your surgery day. For my procedure I had wavefront lasik with intralase, the laser instead of the blade. BOTTOM LINE: I'm now seeing 20/20 and if you don't feel like you need a lot of face time with the surgeon before the surgery itself I would definitely recommend LasikPlus.
