The Caroline Building NYC is one of the best rental properties in the Chelsea area of Manhattan, New York City.
Renting an apartment in Manhattan is cheaper then it has been in a long time due to the economy. Property managers are aware of this and have adjusted prices to match the current demand. The Caroline building is a doorman building so its wont be dirt cheap like a walk up would be.
You can expect prices to be in the range of, mid $2,000?s for studios, low $3,000?s for one-bedrooms and high $4,000?s for two-bedrooms.
This property is professionally managed and requires that you go through a broker to rent. While many renters try to avoid brokers its usually a good idea to find one that you like and that you trust so they may help you find the place that is rite for you.
