I rated this place average because it is really just your average Newport bar...but I went here for the first time on Valentine's Day (or Singles Awareness Day, whichever you prefer) with a girlfriend of mine because she said they have $4.50 mojitos on Thursdays. What a great deal! Every Thursday is ""Burrito & Mojito NIght"" and the prices cannot be beat. The bartenders are pretty good, and the atmosphere is fun, but of course it depends on the crowd, which seems to vary. I did not try their food but from what I saw it looked good. There's lots going on there, always seems to be some sort of contest (last time my friend was there, they had a spicy gumbo eating contest!). I'm going back this Thursday, we're making it a weekly outing. :)
