My mother who is 83 years old went to buy me a Christmas present of Shampoo and Conditioner. The sales lady selected the products and my mother paid. On Christmas eve we discover that the saleslady had given my mom two Conditioners instead of a shampoo. My mom went back to exchange one of the conditioners for the shampoo. The saleslady recognized her. However, when the owner became involved she told my mom ""too bad"" we don't exchange. She told my mom that if she didn't leave she would call the police. Who would do that to an 83 year old lady? Totally unacceptable!!!!! I've read other reviews and saw that other customers also have problems with their service. I can't believe they are still in business. However, I am also going to contact the Better Business Bureau. In this day and age noone should be allowed to stay in business when they deliberately defraud their customers. This business only has a star because I couldn't publish without a star. They deserve only a negative rating.
