They sold me a combination of products from an acrylic nail system. When I discovered they did not include an additional product that is an essential part of the process, I went back to the store to purchase that item. I was told by Theresa (mgr), that they don?t have it, nor do any of their other stores. When asked what I was to do, she suggested I try other stores. After exhausting every store in, and out , of the area, I went back and told her. She was very prompt to tell me they have a ?no return policy? ? she couldn?t have cared less that I now had $60 worth of product I could not use. The fact I had been a loyal customer for many years meant nothing. The last time (and it was THE LAST TIME) I was in the store they still had the products on the shelf ? no doubt just waiting for another unsuspecting customer to walk through the door. Because of their ?no return policy? they feel they are covered. This is very understandable with most beauty products, but NOT when they talk you into buying products that they know you cannot use because it is not complete. Being honest, fair, and truthful is a golden rule. They broke every one of these. They obviously don?t care about their customers. I guess they don?t realize that ?word of mouth? advertising is the best form of advertising. So here we are ?. I would NEVER recommend this store.
