Review content:
It was my first and only time at Copley Health Alliance. Everything seemed above the board, but the bed side manner of the chiropractor, Dr. Desiree D'Agostino, was unbelievably bad. She was abrasive, testy, and rude. When I wondered whether it was really necessary for me to see her four times in two weeks (twice a week for minor neck stiffness), she became incensed and accused me of questioning her medical expertise. (More like I was questioning my real need for that and my wallet.) When I told her I'd come again the following week, but not more than that, she rapped the edge of my file on her desk and told me she didn't have time to ""argue"" with me. Then she left the room, without so much as a ""thank you"" for coming to see her or ""nice to meet you.""
Pros: Dr. D'Agostino did seem to know her stuff.
Cons: Her personality is bloody awful.
