I have had three dogs go to adams animal clinic. Dr. Nugent is very un-emotional - and coming from a very blunt person, who is attached to her pets, this can be disturbing in times of concern, however, I have never encountered ANY problems that have been referenced on this site. 90% of his staff has been there the entire time I have been a client (over 16 years), so i'm not sure who is saying they have random teenagers in there time it's simply untrue. He does have a few younger staff members, not teenagers, that have been there for probably two years or so that are there for the kennels. Apparently those who mention the constant barking have never been to a kennel!!! That's just a ridiculous statement.
Pros: Convenient location, years of knowledge, friendly staff, open six days a week 8am-6pm and multiple vets.
Cons: Dr. Nugent is very indifferent. He may appear as if he is uncaring but but he is not. I do wish he'd lighten up a little and show more concern, but that doesn't mean he's any less qualified.
