The Peloton is going uphill. Mr. MacRaild isn't too savvy. Boulder IS ALL ABOUT COLLEGE STUDENTS! This is why investors buy property here! Boulder real estate values are high and stable - over 50% of all properties in Boulder are rentals. This includes homes in areas where they sell for over $1M. I do live at the Peloton, and we bought for the future investment. If we have to move, we will be able to rent this property. God save anyone having to sell in this market - you would compete with the property developer. I love heading to the pool area and enjoying the view. No offense to the elderly population, but I'd much rather soak in the view including college kids working on their tans! The kids here are looking for a quieter environment, and are mainly graduate students. Sure parents help with the purchase, but so what. The community center is wonderful, and it is built for people to USE IT. We have a diverse community, and you'll find students, hipsters (hipsters love the lofts), people with small children, retirees, plenty of singles, and couples. People tend to talk to each other here. This isn't a battle zone. The environment is still pleasant. As for ""mature"", it is NOT a senior citizen's home, and thank God for that. The Peloton is very convenient, a lot of fun, and worth it. I'd bet that many reviewers just want to drive the price down with bad reviews so they can buy at a lower price.
