Review content:
I found the Peloton to be a fluke next to a main highway interstate exit. I give this place one star because the dues are low because people are not buying. Expect the dues to ( triple ) sky rocket by 2012 . The maintenance level on this place will be a large part of HOA increases and for the price you pay for a unit and square footage is a rip off. Expect this place to turn into Apartments.
