I also have to agree with Deana and getmeout. I am looking to invest in property in Boulder and decided to rent an apartment in the Peloton before I made a final decision to purchase. My intention was to buy two apartments in the Peloton community. One was for myself and the other was an investment property. My intention was to lease the second apartment to a mature Boulder professional. My first impressions were positive although I soon became concerned over the increasing number of very young college students. Over the past few months the atmosphere has changed from a pleasant and mature community to a one that is starting to resemble a college dorm. I have since become aware that the Peloton have changed directions in their marketing by focusing on the university students and their parents. The management at the Peloton seem confused about what this property is. Now we see young kids waving advertising boards on street corners trying to attract a sale to anyone. I thank my lucky stars I made the decision to rent before purchasing and can only feel sorry for those home owners who are trapped in this situation. I did not move here to have the pool constantly crowded with college kids and their increasingly large group of friends. I can no longer use the movie room and I am getting frustrated by the yelling and noise throughout the hallways. Come on Peloton....what the hell has happened???
