Review content:
A lot has changed in the Peloton over the past three years. What was originally a somewhat upscale community with owner occupied units is now becoming a rental complex. The additional building interiors are currently under construction and will be rented, not owned...turning the Peloton into just another Boulder apartment complex.
The big problem is that the amenities cannot accommodate that many residents. What were the developers thinking when they built a pool that size for this many units?! The pool area is already crowded due to the college students who live here. As another reviewer said, they always have a group of friends with them.
And it's true, the noise and yelling in the hallways is also a problem. There is zero soundproofing with the doors to these units. And it is loud in the center parking area with delivery trucks and people peeling away. I have even been flipped off by some kids while relaxing on my balcony. Not good.
