I went there for the first time after hearing their pizza was THE best. I am hard-of-hearing and I went in to order pizza to go since I can't use the phone. First of all, as soon as I walked in, there were three waitstaffs walking around and didn't acknowledge me standing there waiting(they saw me but didnt make the slightest attempt to ask if I needed anything). After 5 minutes of patiently waiting, I was directed to the order window in the back. The woman there said what, you can't use the phone? I said that's right, so can I please order? 20 minutes passes and I go back to pick it up and when I asked for the total, she said something I didn't understand so I asked her to repeat herself and she flippantly said, ""Shes SO stupid!"" No one deserves to feel less than others for something they cannot help, which my case, I can't help the fact I can't hear. It's a shame she had to cross the line of rude into disrespectful. Maybe she hates her life. After that brutal encounter, I tried the pizza at home and it was THE best. Unless you know them, I guess you can't expect them to give you the respect you deserve when you just want to order food. Watch out for the Roseland Apassholes!
