After an ex-stylist butchered my hair, I got a consultation with one of the hair extension specialists. She offered me a lot of options and seemed to be genuinely concerned with my budget and style. I eventually had her cut my hair and she SAVED it! Lots of small details and she listened to how I wanted my hair to turn out. I'm thankful to be a new PRIVE client. I don't like the reception staff, I know New Yorkers are supposed to be rude, but they're very unprofessional. But my stylist is awesome, and it seems as if everyone walks out happy.
