I love this place. I recently moved out of state and have been to my new vet several times and it is such a HUGE disappointment compared to the care and service I received at Bay. One of my cats who needed some dental surgery was taken such good care of. I was so impressed with the office that called me to keep me informed and the Vet (Dr. Gellman) who called me several times including to follow up after I had taken him home to make sure he was doing ok. The font desk staff were wonderful and I really felt like they cared. I really do appreciate that kind of caring and service and I only wish that I did not move because I have not found another vet yet that compares.
Pros: Care, service, follow up
