I went to do my taxes here and right after I left I felt unsatisfied with the service. I also remembered I forgot some additional information and called right away after I left about 10 minutes later. He said it was fine but that he would keep 20 dollars and I could pick up the 30 bucks on Monday. I returned for my money and he refused to give me my money back because he ""needed the original receipt to balance his books,"" yet he had a carbon copy, I didn't have my receipt so I told him fine just give me my taxes then...he refused and locked himself in his office. My family has been doing taxes here for over 25 years!! I couldn't believe he would be so petty over a miserable $30 I was hurt and left in tears with out my taxes or money. I was not going to send the taxes out since they were not complete but I just didn't want to leave my information with him and I wanted a copy just in case
