Twice my wife and I have been underwhelmed with the customer service at Edie's, and have suffered from a horrible return policy. We had purchased a sale item, never wore it, and could not return it, not even for store credit.
We also purchased boots which came apart at the seam within one week of use, and were given nothing more than store credit. Edie's does not stand behind the products it sells.
We have had some pleasant experiences with employees, but the owner has been downright rude.
