Review content:
This is a company that is terrified of being straightforward and honest. Ask too many questions about why they do some of the things they do (when the take xrays then have HUGE devices that go into the mouth, versus the small cardboard that is less invasive- my bottom gum was cut by their contraption) and they get very defensive. As long as I sat in my chair and was not inquisitive, I was treated ok, but the second I asked questions there was problems and I got silent attitude from the assistant and outright confrontation from Hoag. I need a dentist to explain why he does what he does, not expect me to turn all decisions over to him. There was no one in the waiting room either before my appt. or after.
Pros: no waiting in the waiting room
Cons: over solicitious, weird staff
