I have lived next door to a property managed by them in a nice neighborhood. There were a multitude of problems with the tenants (apparent dealers), and the property itself (lawns not mowed - weeds out of control - broken windows not replaced for months - garbage strewn across the backyard - a fence that literally fell over into the yard next door (and no response at all from Apple when they were told this happened and were asked to repair it). In general, those of us who live in this neighborhood think that Apple Management is among the most irresponsible and reprehensible businesses in the region. And the former reviewer really got it right! Their communication is the worst! So - from either a tenant perspective - or a neighbor perspective - this is a company I would go to great lengths to steer clear of. I wish they would learn from their mistakes and live up to at least some of the lofty verbage on their website. That would be good.
