So, it looks like I was the only person to have ever had a positive experience with Apple Properties. We rented a four bedroom home in Queen Anne for $2200/mo. and never had a single issue with the company. They fixed our garbage disposal and shower with no questions asked and even let some of the roomies pay late on occasion free of charge. After the lease was up, we were required spend our own money to clean the carpets and blinds (~$200) and then apple refunded the entire $2000 deposit. When I move back to Seattle I would look at Apple's listings first.
Pros: Full deposit refund!!
Cons: Very few rental homes
