Here my horrible service story. I have been there 3 times & it was smooth I turned books got credit. Bought more books. My third time I hadn""t used all my credit I had like $2.49 or $3.49 after the books I picked. I was given my card with the credit remaining. Heres where my great idea went bad. I thought this is great take in books read & get new, what a great concept. Since I had the credit went in to get more books I had 3, went to the counter & handed my card with credit & books, waiting for total. I was asked how I got this card. I told him, you from my credit on my last visit. He claimed he wouldn""t give me the card with credit. How else would I have gotten it don't know where to buy it. He was mean & nasty. I finally said take money off its not worth this 3 bucks. Flash forward, today a year & 1/2 later. I brought books again I figured that was just a bad day for him. You know the elderly. It happened once maybe just a bad day. I support Auburn business. So when he totaled my amount to $13.00 I asked if I see them. I wanted to get an ideal of what really was worth bringing or sending my sister. He got mean and beligent about how I was wasting his time & money. I was trying to explain myself. When you bring $175.00 in books & get $13.00 I would rather send to my sister not get a lousy damn quarter. His wife finally stood up and said to him you aren't even given her a chance to explain. She did apolize and told me to she would just leave. Now mind you it has been a year and a 1/2 since our last incounter over the $3.00. So I leave. When I get home my husband asked why am I so upset and crying. I tell him, he calls them to find out if this is normal business practice. Then She get snasty & starts lying to him. That I am there all time hassling them over price (that was my 4th time). I never said anything the first 2 times , just got books and the third was when he acused me of writing a $3.00 credit on a paper he supposedly never gave me. Not nice Pros: trade in for new books Cons: mean people who would rather not listen only yell.
