Our 3 year old washer was making a very very loud noise ( it sounded like a airplane) . and we called daves we found there # in the city seach pages . and were very happy we did . The tec. ( I think his name was Scott) was able to diagnois the problem right away . He did have to get a part and was out the very next day for the repair. The service tec. was very prompt and courteous. and the girl on the phone was very helpful . There was even a $10.00 off coupn . Now our washer is working perfectly
