Started off strong, but service (for property owner) diminished to a trickle. Wouldn't recommend - seems that they just collect money. Didn't keep online records up-to-date and when asked, told this owner that records had been posted online, but statements were a few months behind. Didn't notify owner about repairs, even when asked to do this 2-3 times. Would find out that repairs had been done after the rent check was short and mortgage was due in a few days! The worst was that they didn't return calls or emails when there was a conflict at the end of the contract. Friend also used this service and while his house was vacant, the water heater leaked and wasn't noticed by manager. Mold had began to grow on the walls and there was a costly clean-up. Pros: Screen for Tenants Cons: Poor communication and recordkeeping
