Review content:
My experience began when I made the telephone call to the Car Store. The operator transferred me to the welcoming person, who was very pleasant. This person answered my questions regarding whether I could get the car in the same day, within a hour of making the phone call, which was a rather unreasonable request. I was on my way after fifteen minutes. When I arrived at the Car Store, I was greeted very well. My car was ready in less than an hour, which was even earlier than expected! In the meantime, another person conversed with me while I looked at other cars.
I had moved out of my house of forty-one years and I moved into an area which was near the Car Store. My neighbor had a Subaru and I knew I was near the Car Store, so I decided to go there. The people at the Car Store in Norwich went the extra mile and they responded in time to what they said. In other words, they lived up to their word. In addition, they had a good system of checks and balances among the people. Try it for yourself and see if you agree with me! My experience was a hundred percent positive!
