These guys are ok, but are rude and recommend unneccesary work. I had taken my vehicle in and was told I needed a Transmission flush that my fluid was very dirty. I don't know why i was told this when then transmission had been replaced (which new fluid was put in) not even 8,000 miles prior.
I'm not stupid when it comes to cars as I have worked in automotive service and know what is needed and whats not on my vehicles.
I did take it to another location where I knew the manager and had him check over everything and he said everything looked great (including tranny fluid!)
I guess these guys are more worried about selling and meeting qoutas than performing and recommeneded actually needed services.
They do very well with the basic oil changes and have no complaints in that area
