We would like to write about our experience with R M Auto Paint & Body. We had an accident on I-81 recently traveling to New Hampshire and needed a body shop down in Virginia. We were many miles from home and didn't know anyone we could call in that area. So we spoke with the Insurance Adjuster who had seen our vehicle and he highly recommended R M Auto Paint & Body to us. It was a lucky day for us. They drove some fifty miles to get our car and take it to their shop.Even though we were in New Hampshire and our vehicle was many miles away from us each time we spoke with them over the phone we always felt our vehicle was in the best hands it could be in. It was never left outside always inside. They kept us a breast to what they were doing at all times and even dealt with our Insurance company directly taking one other burden off our shoulders. We have concluded that if there was anything good about this whole situation of ours it was R M Auto Paint & Body. Both Robert and Shannon were more then eager to help and explain whatever we needed explained to us to understand what was happening to our vehicle. Since we have gotten our vehicle back people ask us are you sure you were in an accident what a great job that shop did. So many compliments on the job.The vehicle looks like a new vehicle. Thank you so much Robert and Shannon for taking such good care of us and our vehicle. You are number one repair shop in our book and deserve five stars.
