I started going to Strictly Form after I had my baby. Felt so wimpy, constant backaches, horrible mommy brain... I started feeling much better after training for 1 month!! I have now been going to Strictly Form for 3 years. Personalized training, lots of motivation from the trainers, clean and friendly atmosphere kept me going even when I got too lazy. I have joined several other gyms before.. my longest streak of working out anywhere before was 2 months. This should let you know how good Sandi and the other trainers are. Yup.. this is a great place to get fit and strong.
