I give this company one star only because there is no category for no stars. Lowes saddled me with these folks. Our washer has been broken since November 10th. they were supposed to come out on November 12th, but no showed. when I complained, the woman in their office told me that I should take it up with Lowes. On November 16th they finally showed up and the tech attempted to fix the washer. His fix lasted one wash cycle and it failed again. Another call to them resulted in them having to order a new belt for the washer. On November 29th the tech arrived with the new belt and ""discovered"" that the belt wasn't the problem after all. He said he would have to order a new motor. After not hearing for nearly 2 weeks, I called today and they said they were waiting for the motor to come in. They are supposed to come out with the new motor next week. At that time our washer will have been broken for 6 weeks. This is a disgraceful level of service.
