Review content:
I had a very good experience at the vision dept of this particular Walmart. The customer service reps were attentive and thorough, and didn't mind taking time helping me find the right frame for me. My insurance was new and there were a few glitches, but they were persistent and accurately figured out the problem and solved it. I found them helpful and professional. The rest of the retail store itself was set up in a way that made it difficult to navigate and find some of the items that I needed. When I asked for help the customer service people didn't know where to find the items. It wasn't worth the running around the huge store, so I opted to find the items somewhere else. I would go back again for the basic items that I know how to find.
