Heaven Dragon is delicious! They brag about the president eating here, but I'll ignore that because of the great food. Order from the lunch menu to get a quality meal ( I reccommend the Sesame chicken for the perfect combination between spicy and sweet), your choice of egg roll, 2 crab cheese wontons, or 2 dumplings (try all 3, trust me), and your choice of soup (my favorite is egg drop).
Pros: Great value on the lunch menu
