Review content:
What I can say is I have seen little to no change in the building since LMS took over. Our building staff is still performing side jobs for residents during their working hours, the latest being an elevator lobby being painted by one of the staff. There were 8 days that we had no heat where the staff was notified and did nothing. I have noticed a slight improvement with our door staff but nothing consistent. I have seen my assessments increase with no visible improvements except where a contractor was hired to plaster and paint.
