Review content:
The products reflect the price and look nice if you are looking for very basic wooden furniture, however the service is inattentive and unprofessional. I ordered a desk to be stained in a lighter color to match the existing furniture in the room the desk was to be placed. I requested that the two bedside tables be stained a much darker color to match the bed already in the room. I had an extensive conversation with the sales lady, Emma (who was completely inattentive), about the color I selected. My order was recorded incorrectly and thus, I received the wrong stain. I was given the option of paying an additional $171 to have the products redone.
