Review content:
Let me just tell you, the management and service at this place was atrocious. We had a group of 8 co-workers and went in for dinner after work. First of all, we were not told upon entering that the restaurant would be without air conditioning for the duration of our meal. The inside temperature was literally over 100 degrees and everyone was dripping sweat by the end of dinner service. With regard to ""service"", it was not very good either. Our server did not frequent the table often and we had to track her down just to get what we needed. The beer was the same temperature as the surrounding area when it arrived, salsa was weak and water- down, it took a very long time to get to- go boxes, and our checks. Following dinner, we requested to speak with a manager because of the fact that nobody was even able to finish their meals due to the heat. He did not apologize whatsoever, was irritated, did not take a percentage off anyone's meal, and talked down to everyone like we were infants. In addition, the servers who had overheard everything were laughing. To top that off, we had ordered from this restaurant once prior to going out for dinner that evening. The order we placed that afternoon on lunch break was completely wrong and when we talked to someone over the phone, they promised to write down our name and provide us with two complimentary entrees our next time in. Upon mentioning this to the manager as well, he refused to check on what had been written down and stated harshly that ""nothing is free"". He elaborated that McDonald's would not just credit someone for free dinners and that it was our responsibility to talk directly to him- we apparently had erred in judgment by speaking to anyone else over the phone. My response to him was that even McDonald's takes care of its customer service base, and if they had mixed up an order, they would admit it and take responsibility. Evidently, nothing we said seemed to matter to this individual. We will not be back. The end.
Pros: We made it out alive
Cons: The entire experience
