Businiess name:  Fig Restaurant

Review content:
I don't really understand what the buzz is all about with FIG. I mean, the ambience to okay, but nothing special. The location is not that great other than being somewhat central. I keep going back and hoping to have my socks knocked off, but it just hasn't happened. The food is good, but not great. The service, in my experience has been less than excellent. Really lackluster and slow on a busy Friday night which is understandable, but not much better on a really slow mid-winter week night. Everyone raved about the cauliflower, one of my favorite foods, and I couldn't wait to try it one my most recent visit. Huge dissapointment! I make wonderful cauliflower and, while this was not bad, I would've been embarrassed to serve it for a dinner party. Maybe it was an off night. The fish I had was very good, but the portion size quite small for the size of the check. I went home hungry. The wines by the glass were pretty good, but not in line with the prices. There are so many wonderful restaurants is Charleston I don't understand why this one continues to rate such glowing reviews. I'm sure they're nice people... Pros: Centrally Located Cons: Hard to Park, A little pricey for what you get.
