I'm not sure where to start. These people are the most unfriendly contractors I have had the displeasure of working with. I can go on and on about the poor craftsmanship they left or the multiple price increases after the fact or even their unwillingness to finish the job but here is what should convince you to stay away. I happened to merge lanes near Milwaukie when this truck sped up almost rear ending me while I was going 40MPH. This guy and his scroungy friend veered around me and both flipped me the bird and cursed at me. I saw that it was the same guys who worked on my place driving the same truck with their business advertisements on the side door. They then cut into my lane, smashed into the front of my car with their trailer, laughed and sped off. I have since called them and have only been told that it is not their problem and they are through with me.
Pros: Unfortunatly nothing
Cons: Shady, underhanded business practices
