i recently broke my partial , looking for a dentist i chose the above all seemed nice i was on a budget the doctor told me about the new partials that would last longer i explained i did not have a lot of money and i had delta dental plan he said the partials would cost $700 dollars , i said i cant afford that, so a helper went and checked and told me that delta dental would pay 50% i said okay ill give you $400.00 had to wait 3 weeks, on day before appointment i was called and told by a seemingly pleasant receptionist that delta dental would not cover replacements, well i was told they would by them in the office, after a heated arguement the receptionist who is not who she pretends to be, told me i had to pay the 387. dollars due, i feel i was told something in error and they should at least meet me halfway, they wont they cancelled my appointment, so i called back and said begrudgingly ill pay so now i wont have another appointment for 2 weeks, They are nasty and wolves in sheeps clothing in my opinion!
