I was looking for something to keep me in shape that wouldn't require 3 hours of working out each day. CrossFit is it. Every day, a varied workout to work your whole body during the week. Each workout is matched to individuals ability and strength level. There are Olympians, house moms, firefighters, kindergartners, and grandparents all working out together. As you can imagine, one of the best parts about CrossFit Bellevue is the people who make up the gym. You won't find better friends and support as you work towards your health goals. I 100% recommend CrossFit Bellevue to EVERYONE.
