Dealer sold us a warranty and when we needed to use it, we found out that although we paid for it, the dealer never paid for it so we were . The finanace guy also told us that he could not finanace our car if we did not purchase the GAP coverage.. Found out that was a lie... When we realized al this we asked for a refund for the $1500 we paid the dealers .. Still do not have that and now we cant get anyone to call us back. I am going to the attorney general for resolution. Funny this dealer is not listed with the BBB
