Review content:
Worst place ever. They advertise for ""remodeled apartments"" and even show potential tenants remodeled model apartments. The grounds are covered in trash. Maintainence takes weeks to months to fill requests. They have bug (silver fish, cockraoch & bed bugs) infestations, abestos in the main office (which they lie about), holes in the filthy carpets, horrible smell in the hallways, unsafe (unsecured) parking lot (a car just had both passengers windows busted out!) and the list goes on and on. The only reason there may have some good reviews is because they have the staff put good reviews all over the internet. This is beyond unlivable standards. The office staff will pretend to be nice but will not do their job. One of the worst places in Denver. Crack motels on colfax are more suitable for living. Run away from this place if you can, you will regret ever moving in here.
