Review content:
I'm from the east coast and I can tell you that this place is no New York deli. It would get laughed out of business anywhere east of the Mississippi. It does have that nice neighborhood feel, but the food is mediocre, the bagels are often stale and there is just nothing special about the place. It doesn't even make my top 5 list in the Highlands neighborhood (not to mention the whole city).
