Ray had given us an estimated cost for handling my mother's estate issues which turned out to be far more complicated and time consuming than any of us realized. He honored that estimate despite the fact he had to invest exponentially more time helping us resolve all of these issues successfully. As a businessman I know just how expensive those costs can be and how quickly they can mount up. I also know how much it means to do business with a person or a company willing to step up and keep their promises.
