I just picked up my floral arrangement and was disappointed. I called Bloomtastic to let them know. I ordered ?The Christmas Gift? that was pictured on their website in the medium size. The website photo was also the medium size version. One reason I selected it is because of the gold accents included. The photo shows a square gold vase tied with red & gold ribbon so that it looks like a present, with red roses, red carnations, gold leaves and little gold ornaments (coming out of the top of the ?wrapped present?). When I placed the order, I was advised that the vase was not gold as shown in the photo; it was a clear glass vase, but everything else was the same. Everything else was NOT the same.
I was interested in the gold accents. There was no red & gold ribbon, no gold leaves, no gold little ornaments. Everything was a monotone color ? red ribbon, red flowers and greenery. The arrangement looks very dark with no gold to brighten it up. Since it?s the centerpiece for my Christmas Day dining room table, I am disappointed.
